About the Role
We are looking for a qualified part-time nurse to join our internal medicine and outpatient department. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing care for patients in an outpatient setting and assisting doctors during procedures
Performing blood draws, administering injections, and dispensing medications
Communicating with patients and providing information about treatments
Operating modern diagnostic equipment
Handling administrative tasks and maintaining medical records
Requirements
Degree in nursing (minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
Valid nursing license/certification
Proficiency in English (Norwegian is an advantage but not mandatory)
Experience in hospital or outpatient care is preferred
Strong empathy, independence, and ability to work in an international team

Salary & Benefits
The average starting salary for nurses in Norway ranges between 480,000–550,000 NOK per year for a full-time position, which equals approximately 40,000–46,000 NOK per month (€3,500–€4,000). Salary for part-time positions will be adjusted accordingly. Additional benefits include:
